What could cause a stroke 4 6.5 hp mini bike to run, but will return when tryting to boot?
This is an engine Hensim 6.5 HP OHV. A new coil and flywheel. She learned to use a card to set the air space of the coil. Check compression removed valve cover ck sure its far EXHUST TDC. around .010 -. 012. if you can get the torque specifications remove the head, you should be able to use the old gasket if not damaged and the valve seat valve EXHUST CK and ensure that former head ck your own safety valve that does not lose if you need a hammer and punch and ping around the head until firm.
