Is that a real estate agent Georgia reject an offer without discussing the offer with the seller.?
I was in a situation where the agent the seller has refused an offer without consulting the supplier. I am under the impression that it is against the law and I see the evidence.
Under the laws of most states, all offers must be presented to the seller by the listing agent. However, if the seller has given explicit instructions not to tender offer unless that meet certain criteria, then the officer did not turn the offer. I met two or three times in my career of almost twenty years in real estate.
