Car paint shop in Houston?

To make a long story short, I need the front of my car painted. I scratched the front of the back of my Cadillac SRX, and can be polished Out. I want a new paint job on the front. Are there stores market that can do that? I am looking for a good, but a very low price. Furthermore, if there are any stores that I use paint to cover the scratches? Thanks in advance:)
