Art Angel?

I am looking for a very famous image of two baby boys, who are angels. The two of them and raise their eyes, the pencil drawing style, I think the old paint. Anyone know the name? The way they feel like they think of something

The painting is called Madonna di San Rafael and Sisto. This is a piece of a larger picture, but it is very easy to find copies of them. They really are not angels, are cherrubs or Perri.
